Technical assistance


Gestinfo offers technical support in the frame of consultancy contracts that provide for a series of added value services for the Customer.
These services range from the planning of the investments to the weekly remote checking of the system efficiency and even to the availability of back up machines in case of emergency. In this context we propose integrated technical support agreements that include "a reloadable" hours' package, for the assistance at the Customer's location in case of unforeseen events.
